39th Annual Meeting Minutes -January 22, 2000

The meeting was called to order by President John Anton who began by introducing special guests and Board members.

The secretary's report was accepted as printed in the Newsletter and the Treasurer's report was accepted as printed in the members' packet.

The new MMSA Video was presented to the membership with special thanks to Will Waterman who produced the tape.

Special Lifetime Memberships were presented to the following people to honor the achievements, contributions and support they have given Michigan Maple over the years:

Leroy and Charlotte Worden
Amos and Joyce Haigh
Frank and Sally Majszak
George and Helen Fogle
Clyde and Luella Esch

Mary Douglass presented the NAMSC report.

Brian Vissers presented the report on the web site changeover.

Board member elections were held. The slate of nominations included Mary Douglass, Larry Haigh, Jeff Bowen, and Roger VandeBunte. Mary Douglass, Larry Haigh, and Roger VandeBunte were elected.

The meeting was adjourned by President Anton.
