Michigan Maple Syrup Association
2003 Fall Tour — September 27 & 28, 2003

The 2003 MMSA Fall Tour finds us in the scenic Upper Peninsula of Michigan. All who are interested in the rich history and current trends of making and marketing maple syrup are welcome. We hope that we can provide you with the opportunity to see old friends, meet new ones, and hopefully learn or see something that you can take back to use or improve your own operation.

This years tour encompasses operations from the production of packaging materials to syrup production on varying scales from small to large, as well as a syrup makers supply house.

This year’s tour is split into a 2-day itinerary. You are welcome to attend both days or only one as may suit your schedule (please mark your intention on the registration form to ease meal planning).
Be sure to watch the mail for the mailing you receive from Russ Kidd each year, which announces the Fall Tour. There may be maps included in this mailing to make it easier for you to locate the tour stops.

We look forward to seeing you and enjoying Upper Michigan’s beautiful fall scenery and sampling the UP’s hospitality.
