Reserve your space for the January 17, 2004 Annual Michigan Maple Syrup Association meeting at the Doherty Hotel and Conference Center in Clare MI.
Exhibit space is limited; NO LARGE ITEMS ALLOWED IN THE DISPLAY AREA Larger items could be left outdoors, if necessary, and displayed in the parking lot.
Each exhibit will be assigned a space. I would also request that you have your display all set up and ready to go no later than 8:30 AM to minimize interference with people registering and looking for displays.
Exhibitors are expected to donate something for the door prize drawings.
