MID-WINTER MEETING - Held in January - This meeting has a wealth of information for the Maple Producer - great speakers, various specialty sub-meetings, a display from Maple Suppliers, the opportunity to exchange ideas with other producers from the hobbyist to the very large.

FALL TOUR - Various producers usually host this and the Maple Producer can see first hand different sugaring operations.

MAPLE DIGEST - A publication with all sorts of Maple information from the US and Canada, four issues per year.

MICHIGAN MAPLE SYRUP ASSOCIATION NEWSLETTER - Published by MMSA three times a year.

MMSA is a member of:

• IMSI - international Maple Syrup Institute - a promotion-marketing organization between the US and Canadian producers and processors.
• NAMSC - North American Maple Syrup Council - a promotion organization for all the maple producing states - The MMSA sends a delegate to this organization’s meetings.
