MMSA Board of Director’s Meeting
January 16, 2004

The Board of Directors met at 7:00 p.m. at the Doherty Hotel in Clare. The treasurer’s report was reviewed. It will be approved on Saturday at the membership meeting, along with the secretary’s report.

Jean distributed copies of the agenda for Saturday and reviewed the procedures. Ron Kistler had the Board members sign the Honoree’s Certificate. Fred Bates dismissed the Board candidates. Ron Kistler also reviewed the vendor area and assignments in the pool area for exhibitors. Although there were topics for Board discussion, they were postponed until the Saturday Board meeting so the new Board could take any action necessary.

The packets for Saturday’s meeting needed to be assembled. An itemized list of inserts for the bags was made and the Board meeting was adjourned so packets could be collated. The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
