MMSA Board of Directors Meeting
January 21, 2005
Doherty Hotel – Clare, Michigan

The meeting was called to order by President Maday at 7:20pm. The Secretary’s as well as the Treasurer’s Report were reviewed and will be approved at tomorrows General Membership Meeting.

It was discussed and decided that persons attending the Annual Meeting for only 1/2 of the day would pay $15.00 for program costs.

Membership reminder notices will be sent out to those people who haven’t renewed over the course of the past two years.

The NAMSC Annual Meeting is urging early room registration due to anticipated housing shortages. Our NAMSC Delegate does not necessarily have to be a MMSA Board Member. A $250 allowance is given to help defray travel expense associated with attending these meetings.

We were reminded to have the MMSA Membership List to the Maple Digest by May 5th.

Saturdays agenda was reviewed followed by the assembling of the handout packets to be given to all attendees.

The meeting adjourned at 8:15pm.
