46th Annual Meeting

Michigan Maple Syrup Association members will be traveling to Trois-Rivieres, Quebec in October 2005. The more we have travel with us the better (and cheaper) it will be for all.

• October 22nd thru October 28th, 2005
• Pick up points will be Clare and Mason.
• Costs include transportation, lodging in route and breakfasts.
• There will be additional conference costs, food and lodging while at the conference. Some of the meals will be included also but I do not have that info as of this date. That info will be mailed to you around the middle of June (or sooner) from the Planning Committee.
• A Detailed Itinerary will be sent after I am sure we have enough people to take the motor coach. Your deposit checks will not be cashed until I am certain we have a minimum of 25 people traveling with us.

Costs are based on 25 people traveling:

• Single Occupancy -- $469.00 per person
• Double Occupancy – $383.00 per person
• Triple Occupancy – $355.00 per person
• Quad Occupancy – $345.00 per person

If we have more than 25 people traveling, costs will go down and we should be able to include a couple of dinners in route. An additional 5 people would drop our costs $40.00 per person. So get your friends together for a fun time in Quebec. Not everyone needs to be a MMSA member to travel with us to Quebec. Call or e-mail with any questions.
