The 2005 Michigan Maple Syrup Association Fall Tour is in the Fairview area of the state this year. Tim Boonstra, our tour host, has arranged a unique schedule of maple operations to tour and sites to see.

We will be touring 3 different maple operations, taking a Miniature Train Ride and a Scenic Tour of the AuSable River Valley. We appreciate Tim taking the time to arrange this years tour and thank our fellow maple producers for inviting us into their operations.

We invite all those who would like to enrich their knowledge in the art of making maple syrup and to hopefully learn and take something back to use or improve your own operation.
