While the deadline for registration for the Year 2006 Winter Maple Syrup meeting is not until early January, it is important to make your hotel/lodging arrangements immediately.

Maple Syrup Equipment Dealers!

Reserve your space for the January 22, 2006 Annual MMSA meeting at the Doherty Hotel in Clare, MI.

Exhibit space is limited, NO LARGE ITEMS ALLOWED IN THE DISPLAY AREA. Larger items can be left outdoors, if necessary, and displayed in the parking lot.

Each exhibit will be assigned a space. I would also request that you have your display all set up and ready to go no later than 10:30 AM to minimize interference with people registering and looking for displays.

There is no charge for the booth space, but vendors are expected to donate something for the door prize drawings.

Call or write to reserve your space no later than January 10, 2006.
