MMSA Board of Directors Meeting
Saturday, January 21,2006

Everyone was in full agreement that the Annual Winter Meeting was a success.

Randy Heiligmann's and Gary Graham’s program presentations were very well received and considered well done. A good turnout of 195 people were present. This was exceptional, considering the bad weather conditions.

As the organizational meeting took place, the motion was made by Fred Bates and seconded by Ron Thomas to keep in position the Executive Board as voted last year. The motion carried unanimously .

Discussion was held on the possibility of allowing equipment or jug dealers to sell containers with the MMSA logo screen printed on them. Currently Jean Maday, of Maple Syrup Supplies in connection with Sugar Hill Containers, does this with a return of 6% to MMSA. Discussion and decisions were tabled until the May meeting.

Motion to adjourn made by Terry Coleman at 5:20 PM and seconded by Dale Forrester. All agreed.

Respectfully Submitted,
Tom Boonstra, Secretary
