MMSA Board of Directors Meeting
Doherty Hotel, Clare, MI

The meeting was called to order by President Tom Cook at 3:30 PM.

The first order of business was the election of officers. Motion was made by Dale Forrester and seconded by Terry Coleman to elect Ron Thomas as President. This motion was passed unanimously. Another motion was offered by Tim Boonstra to elect Tom Cook as Vice-president and supported by Dale Forrester. Approval was once again unanimous. A third motion was requested by Mark Battel and agreed to by Dale Forrester to keep the other officers the same as last year. Approval of the motion was granted by all Board members present.

Committee Assignments for 2007 as follows:

The Board agreed that today's 46th Annual Meeting with our keynote speaker, Bradley Gillilan, was a very profitable time and generated much interest and many questions.

Next year's event may provide us with another industry representative teaching us the latest information available on proper tubing techniques.

It was stated that today attendance for our Annual Meeting was 203. This was a very good turnout. Seven new members were added, as well.

A motion was made by Dale Forrester and moved along by Fred Bates to reserve the Doherty Hotel once again for next years 47th Annual Meeting.

With all business attended to, a motion was made by Tom Cook to adjourn at 4:00 PM. Seconded by Fred Bates. All approved.
