Maple Holiday Egg Nog | Maple Milkshake | Jamocha Milkshake | Maple Cocktail

Maple Holiday Egg Nog

6 eggs, separated 1 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla
2 quarts milk 1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine egg yolks and 1/4 cup sugar; mix until thick and lemon-colored. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Stir in milk, maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Chill. Serve with whipped cream and grated nutmeg, if desired. Approx. 13 1/2 cups

Maple Milkshake

1/2 cup pure maple syrup   1/2 pint cream
1 1/2 pints milk   2 scoops ice cream
Mix, pour into glasses and serve.

Jamocha Milkshake

2 tablespoon pure maple syrup 1 cup milk
1 tsp instant coffee 1/2 pint ice cream
Place in blender container blend on high speed until smooth. Makes 2 cups

Maple Cocktail

3/4 ounce maple syrup 1 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce dry gin 1 ounce bourbon
Shake over ice and serve.
